To all our very valued clients,
Just to give you an update on what’s happening at Cathie Rice Travel (CRT).
We are still working 5 days a week on cancellations and amendments – these are being handled by email or phone in date of departure order or for bookings departing within the next 30 days.
Our staff are working remotely and our office is not opening on a regular basis until travel and border restrictions ease further. We are, however, available for face to face consultations by appointment for new booking enquiries only – Appointments for new booking enquiries must be made by email or phone.
Don’t forget we still have some places available on our Kimberley tour for July 2021, CRT can also assist with intrastate travel and going forward when restrictions ease Interstate travel and New Zealand.

Going forward we are excited to announce that we will be offering a more flexible service to our clients – these will include our private onsite consultations plus a new mobile option… We can come to you (your house or meet at a café for a cuppa) – Ask us for a schedule of our booking and advisory services.
Be aware that waivers and policies from all suppliers are continually changing.
Where payments have been made for travel services and those services have been cancelled by the supplier. Cathie Rice Travel will facilitate future travel credits or refunds (if applicable) on behalf of our clients.
Any cancellation of travel where itineraries remain in place will attract normal cancellation fees.
Due to the enormity and scale of cancellation and amendments nationwide, refunds from suppliers could take up to 10 – 15 weeks.
