Our industry was at the forefront and first to be impacted by the Coronavirus, but I now think everyone finally understanding the implications of this disease.
The situation is very fluid and can change in hours not days.
The answer is yes. We have amazing staff, we will receive some subsidy from the government, we have scaled down our operations and we are small enough to ride this out. If you have money with us please be sure that it is in safe hands. We are an AFTA / ATAS member and we are working very closely with them and following all their guide lines.
As per the Australian Govt. guidelines our office will be exercising ‘Social Distancing’ in the workplace. We will manage all client enquiries by phone or email. Our office will not be open for face to face contact with clients and visitors until further notice.
Some staff are taking leave and others are working remotely.
We have lots of bookings that require our immediate attention and would ask for your patience and understanding.
We are currently focusing on our clients that are departing in the next 30 days – if you are booked to travel beyond this time frame then we would appreciate your cooperation – If there is a circumstance that requires action on your booking one of our travel advisors will make contact with you.
